WOW A BLOG!!!

hey guys.Well after many of the other TM ladies doing this i decided to hop on the bandwagon aswell...plus with more people knowing about it more likely I wont give up aye?
Well-ive wanted change for ages.My weight has just piled on since baby number 2. And now ive come to the realisation that its now or never. My life has just taken a very hard turn upside down 3 and a half weeks ago when my partner of 4 years solid (12 years all up with the normal teenage moving and breakin up cos not wanting to do long distance etc) up and walked out on me and my two girls. It was the worst thing ever to happen. I had to take a long hard look at myself and realise that maybe this is the time to make the change ive been wanting to do forever. Anyway i lost around 4kgs the first week he left. But 1 week later i got some scales and my weight was.....WAIT FOR IT....a horrible 129.9 kgs. Im glad to say after walking 5.8kms every morning..and around 2 kms in the afternoon, also bike riding saturday and sunday and swimming alot of lengths at the local indoor pools i have managed to loose 2.6 kgs in 2 weeks. I absolutely stoked with it and cant beleve it was so simple. Ive cut chocolate and coke outta my lifestyle and its made a huge change.
I have even dropped a clothes size in the 2 weeks..WOOHOOO.
So follw me along ladies and encourage myself and all the other TM ladies on our great journey. My goal is to lose 20 kgs by march 21st..and 50kgs by this time next year..i know i can do it.
